This ER5+ robot controller has been fully tested with the following results:
It completely homes an ER5+ and ER4 robot.
It completely homes an ER5 robot.
A few of the digital inputs do not work.
A few of the digital outputs do not work.
The 4 relay outputs work.
The cooling fan was a bit noisy when it was first turned on but then ran silently.
This robot controller with operate all Scobot ER4 and ER5 robots using the DOS based software which is free to download.  It will operate all ER4 and ER5+ robots using the Windows based software which is licensed and is not free to download.  I can provide ATS and Scorbase for ER5 robots if you need it.
This controller is temperamental when connecting to the computer.  It likely requires controller configuration using ATS.  It will then launch Scorbase and run the robot fine.  It works fine, but is being sold as parts because of the problems buyers have trying to configure COM ports on an older computer.  I recommend using this with a Windows XP computer that has a COM port.  USB to Ethernet adapters are temperamental with this controller.  It works if you know how to configure it.
