    SAF Gold Yeast is formulated for sweet dough. Perfect to make Sweet Breads, Hawaiian Buns, Panettone, Raisin Challah, Croissants, Danish Bread, Donuts etc.
    Directions for use: Mix with flour or add to dough during first stage of mixing. Keep out of direct contact with ice water.
