Fine Looking COPCO DENMARK Paella Pan - Brown Enamel on Cast Iron - Michael Lax Design
I believe this piece to be 1970's production and it was part of larger set in a recent estate transaction. This v
ery functional paella pan was the odd pan out in the household - very few signs of use. The other pieces show light to moderate use by comparison but none are in this very good condition. Cast iron cookware with vitreous enamel coating in two tones - chocolate brown and white. Pan measures 13 1/4" long by 11 1/4" wide and depth of 2", burner contact area on bottom measures 7 3/8" diameter. Please review all pictures, the piece is clean with no marks from use or damage, no stains, etc. The only very minor
defect is near one handle is a blip in the brown enamel from the factory, see picture #8. . The bottom surface has some minor discoloration from heat cy
cling but no build up or overheating.  Not much more to add, please see all pictures for full condition details.
Overall condition is very good used condition, nearly excellent but tough to get that grade in my book on used kitchenware. No material cosmetic defects, no stains and no funky odors present.
