AESUB White
Permanent non-sublimating 3D scanning spray for long scanning time
AESUB White is a permanent scanning spray developed particularly for the 3D scanning industry. It is the result of consistent development in the permanent scanning spray market. The spray applies a homogeneous, thin matte layer onto the surface of any object, with the intention of providing optimal contrast values in optical scanning applications.
AESUB White contains pigments, propellant and solvent and has been optimized with regards to material compatibility. It sets new standards by optimizing the surface’s homogeneity and reducing layer thickness. Unlike traditional sprays, AESUB White is free of titanium dioxide, associated with cancerogenic incidents through inhalation by the European Chemicals Agency.

How to apply?
Spray
Apply AESUB White from 15-20 cm away. Gently push down on the nozzle and move the can across the area using even, back and forth strokes. Move at a consistent pace to achieve an even coating. Spray over the entire surface that you will be scanning.
Scan
Scanning can begin as soon as the surface has a stable & white coating. Scan the object as usual.
Clean
The applied coating of AESUB White will not sublimate (vanish) by itself and will require cleaning after scanning is completed.
